President Prof. Andrea Francesco Tripodi
The President is elected by the Council from among the Course's professors and researchers. The President remains in office for three years and is responsible for implementing the Council's guidelines. He maintains relations with the Departments and other reference structures.
The Course Council is composed of the lecturers responsible for educational activities and two student representatives, elected in accordance with the procedures set out in the relevant University regulations. The Council formulates proposals to the Departments concerning teaching planning, the revision of teaching regulations and rules. It also formulates proposals on the organisation of teaching and support activities for the Departments.
It performs, among other functions, the following:
- constitution of profit verification commissions
- recognition of credits
- authorisations for the performance and recognition of educational activities abroad within the scope of international mobility programmes (Learning Agreement)
- preparation of degree examination calendars and commissions.
Class Council
The Class Council consists of the full and associate professors and researchers, including those on fixed-term contracts, who belong to it, as well as the three student representatives who hold office for two years. Holders of substitutions, appointments and teaching contracts attend the Council meetings without voting rights.

Joint Commission
Teachers-Students Joint Commission - 2023-2025
According to Article 31 of the Statute of Autonomy, in line with the principles dictated by ANVUR:1. The department establishes a joint faculty-student commission, which is responsible for monitoring the range and quality of courses on offer and the service provided to students by professors and researchers; for identifying indicators for assessing the results achieved; for formulating opinions on the activation, modification and suppression of courses of study.2. The Commission consists of the student representatives on the Department Council and an equal number of lecturers appointed by the Council.
The Commission shall serve for a term of two years until 11 May 2025.
