International, European and Comparative Legal Studies
The IECoLS Course trains lawyers with a strong international vocation and linguistic, legal and communication skills, in the management of multi-sector and multidisciplinary issues that are highly sought after in various business contexts.
The employment opportunities in the business world concern a variety of professional roles, such as that of employee and functionary in banking, financial and insurance companies, legal operator in local SMEs interested in developing and increasing their presence in foreign markets; but also operator and functionary in Chambers of Commerce, in Italian and foreign offices; referents of trade associations that operate at European and international level.
Another vast sector of professional outlets linked to the IECoLS Course is that of public administration, increasingly characterized, both at national level and in other legal systems, by processes that require external relations with foreign and international subjects and by the need to prepare administrative acts with foreign relevance.
In this context, the professional roles that the IECoLS graduate can cover are many, such as that of an international area official in Public Administrations, an executive operator in the international representative offices of Italian Public Administrations; an official and operator in national, European Union and international bodies and institutions.
