President Prof. Simone Betti

The President of the ITourDem degree Course is elected from the pool of full professors. They lead and preside over the ITourDem Council, supervise the activities of the degree course, and act as its representative in all institutional settings. They are accountable for maintaining quality assurance and overseeing the procedures for monitoring and evaluation. The current President of the ITourDem degree course is Prof. Simone Betti.

The ITourDem Council consists of both faculty members involved in the degree course and elected student representatives. The Council is responsible for addressing various matters related to teaching regulations, quality management, the implementation of improvement actions, additional teaching initiatives, and approving student careers.

It performs, among other functions, the following:
- constitution of profit verification commissions
- recognition of credits
- authorisations for the performance and recognition of educational activities abroad within the scope of international mobility programmes (Learning Agreement)
- preparation of degree examination calendars and commissions.

Class Council
The Class Council consists of the full and associate professors and researchers, including those on fixed-term contracts, who belong to it, as well as the three student representatives who hold office for two years. Holders of substitutions, appointments and teaching contracts attend the Council meetings without voting rights.
