Internship
Regulations
- CFUs granted for internship:
6 credits as indicated on the study plan of the degree course.
- Duration of the internship:
240 hours of practical activity within the hosting organisation.
- Academic Tutor The need to find an academic tutor at the Department of Economics and Law who will sign the internship agreement. The internship agreement should be signed both by UniMC and the host organization.
- Choosing an organisation:
Each student, in accordance with his / her academic tutor, chooses the institution / company for the internship/stage, sets the educational goals and the details about how to carry out the activity.
The activation procedure of the Internship / Stage is expressed through the signing of an agreement signed by the promoter ( University ) and the host organization ( Organization / Company ) and the compilation of a training project.

If the Institution/company chosen does not have an agreement with University of Macerata, students have to reach an agreement: AGREEMENT ACTIVATION (the company contact person should enter the administrative data of the training project in the reserved area of the web page https://studenti.unimc.it (they can select the menu in English)

CREDITS RECOGNISATION:
By the end of the internship the student will have to submit to the Students’ Secretariat (ded.segreteria.studenti@unimc.it) the assessment questionnaires of the apprentice [one filled during the internship (optional) and one at the end of the internship], the assessment questionnaires of the company tutor [one filled during the internship (optional) and one at the end of the internship] and a statement of attendance in the company. For the assignment of the related ECTS the student will have to discuss a paper on his experience in front of his academic tutor, who will evaluate the student with a mark that will be registered by the professor as any other exam.
