Alberico Gentili Lectures 2025
13th edition of the "Alberico Gentili Lectures 2025," titled "Tensions between Constitutionalism and Democracy: A Defense of Peer Dialogue." This year's distinguished guest speaker will be Roberto Gargarella, a prominent constitutionalist from Latin America. Professor Gargarella is currently teaching at the University of Buenos Aires and serves as the Principal Investigator for the European Research Council (ERC) project "Institutional Changes for Democratic Dialogue (ICDD)" at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. The lecture series is scheduled for October 27 and 28, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, in Room 2 - Loggia del Grano. Students enrolled in the LM-52 program will be awarded 1 academic credit upon attendance of the series, contingent upon the submission of a 2,000-word written report to Professor Benedetta Barbisan at benedetta.barbisan@unimc.it.
