4 GRANTS FOR INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY OF STUDENTS ENROLLED IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS - LM52
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 30 SEPTEMBER 2025
We are pleased to announce a call for applications for 4 funded contributions to support student mobility abroad.. Each grant will reimburse expenses, up to a maximum of €1,000, for students regularly enrolled in the Master’s degree program in "International Relations" (LM-52). The contributions will be awarded to the first four students who submit their applications correctly by the deadline (September 30, 2025). The date of completion of the application form will be considered the official submission date. Students can request reimbursement for the following activities:
- RESEARCH ACTIVITIES (e.g.: PREPARATION OF THE FINAL DISSERTATION)
- SUMMER SCHOOL
- CONFERENCE/SEMINAR
The reimbursable expenses include travel, food, and accommodation costs that are directly related to the activities carried out abroad and declared in the application form. The expenditures must be incurred no later than the 2nd of November 2025.
The expenditures will be exclusively refunded, via bank transfer, to the bank account held by the beneficiary student.The notice of admission will be communicated via mail to those beneficiary students. This communication is necessary and mandatory to obtain the refund.
The expense receipts must be stored in their original form and delivered to the university offices (the exact procedure will be indicated via mail) no later than the 15th of November 2025.
During the mobility period, the beneficiary student will not benefit from any other funds or grants.
